Booking fees covered by patient payments
Our fee is deducted when we collect the patient’s upfront payment and secure their appointment.

- Your practice credits £50 towards treatment if they proceed.
- No commission on subsequent treatment.

Refunds and cancellations
If a patient’s payment is refunded in full, we credit the corresponding Loomi booking fee. Cancellation and refund terms are agreed before launch.
